Reserving a plane ticket (Flight to San Francisco)

This activity was important, because I improve my vocabulary. In the real life, this is not just a subject, in fact, it's a very important subject to lean, that's because at some point I'll buy a ticket for a flight, and i don't know if the FD will speak spanish.
